Consignor Agreement
Welcome to Abers Angels Children’s Boutique. I look forward to working with you, and always welcome any questions or suggestions that you may have concerning our store. Abers Angels goal is to provide customers with the highest quality of gently used children’s clothing, toys, equipment, and maternity clothing. Couple with this inventory we are offering our own brand logo wear at reasonable prices. When you purchase Abers Angels logo wear you are essentially donating to our cause bringing awareness to child abuse. Partial proceeds will be donated to a non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention and treatment of child abuse.
Consignment Agreement

1. Accepted: Children's Apparel to Size 16, Maternity Clothes, Athletic Apparel and Equipment, Toys, Nursery Items, Furniture and Equipment.

2. Appointments: Not required, but suggested and appreciated. Please call if you have questions about acceptable items. Abers Angels determines the acceptability of each item and selling price. Consignor Split will be 30%, 15% if clothing not hung.

3. Quality Standard: All items must be in excellent condition, freshly laundered (even if they have been stored). A reserved space to hang clothing is available. Totes will be provided and able to close. We ask that clothing sets be put together. All toys and miscellaneous items should be clean, pieces counted and in working order. Instruction manuals appreciated. Please check for recalls at www.cpsc.gov before bringing items to the store. Recalled items will not be accepted.

4. Agreement: Consignment period runs for 90 days from the date tagged and displayed. During the consignment period, items may be discounted.. At the end of the consignment period any unsold items will become the property of Abers Angels. At the point of sale, consignor's account will be credited. Accounts are updated daily so you may use your credit towards purchases as soon as you earn it. A buyer's fee, paid by the purchaser will be added to the price.

7. Payout: Checks are issued monthly throughout the year for accounts with a balance of $45.00 or more during the last week of each month for prior month's sales. There is a $1.00 check processing fee. Consignor's accounts which are inactive for 90 days will be closed, with the remaining balance forfeited, becoming the property of Abers Angels. While every effort will be made to keep Consignor's items safe, Abers Angels does not accept any responsibility for loss due to theft, water damage or any other causes.
